This oriental carrot salad is healthy and easy to prepare. Follow the instructions below to prepare a delicious dish.

400 gr. shredded carrots https://greenelly.com/
30 gr. peanut butter
clove of garlic
10 ml. lemon juice
crushed chili pepper
5 gr. Sahara
20 gr. crushed peanuts
a couple of cilantro leaves
10 gr. ginger root

Cooking method
First, let’s prepare the dressing. Fry a tablespoon of peanut butter, chopped ginger, crushed garlic and chili in a pan for 5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and sugar, mix for half a minute and remove the pan from the stove.
Pour dressing into chopped carrots, add peanuts and mix.
We leave the bowl with salad to marinate for 20 minutes.
Mix again, season the salad with spices and decorate with cilantro leaves.
