Ingredients
1/2 cup pure water;
1/2 cup coconut milk;
4 ice cubes;
3 large kale leaves, chopped
1/2 – 1 frozen banana;
1 cup mixed berries: strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
1/3 peeled cucumber;
1 celery stalk;
2-cm a piece of peeled ginger.
Cooking method
Place water, coconut milk, ice and cabbage in a blender. Mix to a liquid consistency.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
