To prepare this dish you need the following ingredients:
Lamb (or beef) 500 g
Potatoes https://greenelly.com/ 500 g
Mushrooms (champignons, porcini, etc.) 500 g
Meat broth 0.5 l
Dark beer 0.5 l
Garlic 6 cloves
Onions 2 pcs. (average)
Carrots 2 pcs. (average)
Pepper (ground black, black peas, allspice)
Parsley and thyme – 2 sprigs each
1. Cut the meat into large pieces and place in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil, fry until golden brown and place in a cauldron or pan with a thick bottom.
2. Vegetables – peel the onions and carrots and chop them coarsely, put them in a frying pan, add mushrooms to them. Sauté everything together over low heat, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Place the fried vegetables in the same pan as the meat.
3. Cut the potatoes into large cubes and place them with the meat and vegetables, add spices, except salt.
4. Pour all the ingredients with meat broth and dark beer, cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat until cooked. It is recommended to salt the dish and add bay leaves at the end of cooking.
When serving, sprinkle the finished stew with finely chopped parsley and thyme.
