Ingredients
2 large whole heads of garlic;
1/4 cup freshly chopped green onions;
1/4 cup freshly chopped dill;

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice;
250 gr. regular Greek yogurt (low-fat or non-fat);
a handful of shredded feta cheese (to taste)
a handful of crushed walnuts (on top of the head);
salt and pepper to taste;
some olive oil.

Cooking method
Warm spinach in a little olive oil with 1/2 whole garlic clove until fragrant. Drain the water.
Once the spinach has cooled, add the remaining garlic and all other ingredients. Whip until yogurt in a blender or mixer to get a thick mixture.
Pour the contents into a bowl and sprinkle with grated walnuts.
Add salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with a little olive oil before serving.
