Meal Plan For Breakfast

Start your day with whole grain oats along with fresh fruits and yogurt. 90 gm of oats with 125 ml of milk or 140 gm of unsweetened plain yogurt is a fabulous combination. Grated apples or pears and peaches go very well with this combination and provide you with the required energy.

What To Have In Lunch

If you need an easy solution for lunch, you can try the soup made with bacon rashers, borlotti beans, and also cannellini beans. The good thing is you only need to spare 30-40 minutes to prepare this tasty and healthy soup. A bowl is enough to make your tummy full.

To make this soup, you need to fry two chopped onions along with one clove of minced garlic in olive oil. When it starts to leave pleasant aroma, add two cans of both the beans along with their liquids and sage leaves. When the beans begin to boil, add the chopped parsley, about 100 gm of bacon rashers. Season the soup with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Boil till the beans are soft. Your healthy and tasty soup is ready. If you are a vegetarian, you can use mushrooms instead of bacon.

Meal Plan For Snacks

The choice of wrong snacks is responsible for unwanted calories, lots f sugar as well as additives. They can also have lots of bad fat and salt. That is why you have to be very careful while snacking. Keep all the salty and fried foods out of sight. It is better if you do not buy them at all. Between meals, you should have lots of water as it keeps us full.

Are you feeling hungry? Then gorge on fresh carrots or seasonal fruits or celery sticks. You can combine them with yogurt or berries. Mixed nuts are also a great option. Always opt for snacks that are of your bite-size. For example, melon pieces or pieces of raw veggies are rich in fiber and vitamins.

Dinner – End Your Day With Grilled Whole Whiting

Grilled whole whiting is an excellent choice for a light dinner. It will make you full but without the excess calories. It tastes delicious also due to the addition of lemon juice, black pepper powder, olive oil, and fresh parsley. Add some chopped garlic before grilling the whiting and finish your dinner with a luscious note.

Besides this whole whiting, you have grilled asparagus also. It is quick and easy and full of flavors.  Season the asparagus with salt and a generous amount of olive oil before grilling. Mushrooms, as well as green beans, are great options for grilling for dinner as well.
