Vegan Garlic Pasta:

Take 1 cup of cashews or macadamia whichever you have in your pantry. Combine in a blender with a ½ cup of almond milk, onion powder, minced garlic, and salt. Drizzle oil into it and blend until smooth. Keep the sauce mixture aside.

In the meantime cook your choice of vegan pasta and drain the water, let it cool. Now heat a pan, add a dash of oil and vegan butter, sauté veggies of your choice, preferably diced onions, broccoli, capsicum.
