1. Wheat Flour Panjiri: Panjiri is a dry desert. You only ten minutes to make it. Take one cup of wheat flour. One and a half cup of sugar. One small cup of ghee. Pinch of cinnamon powder and some nuts is all that you need. Heat the pan. Add to the pan the ghee. After the ghee gets heated, add the wheat flour. Mix the ghee well in the wheat flour. Keep mixing for minutes. You will see the wheat flour color changing to yellowish golden. Now add sugar, cinnamon powder. Mix it well for two minutes. Finally, put the chopped nuts of your choice and mix. Switch off the flame and serve it hot.
2. Moong Dal Halwa: it will take 15 minutes, and your halwa will be ready to eat. Soak one come of moong dal for ten minutes before you wish to make the halwa. After soaking grind, it without adding any water. You will need half cup ghee, one and a half cup sugar, chopped nuts of your choice and pinch of cinnamon powder. Take a pan, add the ghee, and let it heat. After heating put the moong dal paste in it. Keep mixing it till it turns golden in color. Add sugar to it. And finally, add the pinch of cinnamon powder and chopped nuts. Serve hot.
