Now take cauliflower florets and spread on the baking tray toss it with olive oil and salt. Add chickpeas too and bake it for 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile mash avocado with some lime juice and salt spread the mix on the surface of flatbread. Top it up with roasted chickpeas and cauliflower and add dressing or sauce of your choice.
