Easy Vegetarian Recipes

1.    Stuffed Tomatoes: To make stuffed tomatoes you can use green or red tomatoes this is your preference. But don’t use over ripped tomatoes otherwise it will be difficult for you to scoop it. You will need 100 grams of paneer, four potatoes, one onion, two green chilies, some mint and coriander leaves. Species will be red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, rock salt, and table salt. And two spoon lemon juice.

Boil the potatoes. Scoop out the tomatoes from the middle. Smash the boiled potatoes. Add chopped onions and smashed paneer. Put salt, rock salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, and lemon juice according to your taste. Stuff the tomatoes with the paneer, potatoes mixture. Heat the pan with oil. Put the tomatoes on it. And sprinkle some salt. Let it cook for a while. Then add garam masala to it and turmeric powder. Let it cook for ten minutes.  Garnish with fresh mint and coriander leaves. Serve hot for lunch and dinner.

2.    Gram Flour Capsium: You will need two capsicums. One small cum of gram flour. One spoon salt. Red chili powder, cumin seed powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. And some fresh lime juice. All you have to do is chop the capsicum in square size.  Heat the pan with oil. Add the cumin seeds. Put the chopped capsicum. Add salt and turmeric powder and let it cook. After a while, add garam masala and chili powder and mix well. Finally, add gram flour and mix it well with capsicum. And at last, put some lime juice. You garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves
