A juicing vegetable diet is an excellent method for a quick and healthy weight loss. It not only helps you detox your body, but also helps you burn extra calories, packs in a powerful dose of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. A juicing vegetable diet can be had either for breakfast or as a snack. Here are some juices you can try.

Green Juice

This juice is a delicious blend of celery and parsley. Both these vegetables are rich in apigenin, which a compound that promotes the death of cancer-causing cells. 

Take equal proportions of celery and parsley in a food processor and blend them with a cup of water. Strain the liquid to get your glass of green juice. You can add a dash of ginger and lemon while blending to enhance the flavor. Sugar and salt are optional.

Tomato-Vegetable Juice

Pack a lycopene punch with this awesome and tangy tomato vegetable juice. This juice, when had daily, gives you double the servings of vegetables you manage to have in a single day.

Take 2 large tomatoes and a cup of mixed and diced cubes of squash, carrots, celery, parsley, cucumber and any other vegetable you want to add in your drink. Blend all these ingredients together with a dash of ginger and lime and water. Blend to a fine liquid. It is optional to strain the juice or have it along with the fiber.

Strawberry-Cucumber Juice

Love sweet and tangy juices? This one is the perfect veggie juice with added strawberries for health and taste. Strawberries are loaded with antioxidants, polyphenols, and vitamins. These help to reduce your cancer risk and risk of heart disease. 

Blend 5 strawberries, hauled and cleaned, in a blender jar along with 3 cucumbers. Strain the juice or have it without straining. This juice tastes awesome even without added salt or sugar.

Blueberry-Cabbage Power Juice

Ever thought of mixing blueberries with cabbage? This juice tastes awesome with the slight hint of sweetness from blueberries and the pungent flavor of red cabbage. The drink is full of anthocyanins and antioxidants that help to keep your memory sharp.

Take half of a red cabbage and a handful of blueberries and blend them together in a food processor jar along with water. Blend to a fine liquid and enjoy fresh.

Spinach-Apple Juice

Spinach juice is loaded with vitamin K. This juice helps to keep your bones strong.

Wash a few leaves of spinach and grind them raw in a food processor along with an apple and water. You can add some rock salt for added taste.

Ginger-Beet Juice

Beet root will increase your blood flow and increase your stamina. Drinking this juice will give  you a better mental and physical health. It will help to provide more oxygen to your muscles and prevent you from being lethargic.

Carrot-Orange Juice
