1.    For Breakfast: As we all know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So having dense food is not wrong. You can have some delicious bread toast with paratha and curd along with some fresh juice. Let us see how can you make this in less time.

All you will need is a big cup of wheat flour. Some slices of bread, a small cube of butter, four to five potatoes, and your favorite fresh fruits. Some spices like red chili powder, pepper, rock salt, common salt, cumin powder, and some fresh lime juice. Boil the potatoes. Make the wheat flour dough and add some salt in both. When the potatoes get boiled smash it and add salt, rock salt, chili powder, chopped green chili, cumin powder and mix them well together. Roll out the dough, stuff it with a mixture of potatoes. Put it on a hot pan and cook with some ghee. Meanwhile, toast your bread and put butter on it. You can sprinkle pepper and some salt on it. And make some fresh juice for yourself

2.    For Lunch: Having light lunch is a good option. You can have some fresh salad with a small bowl of rice and dal along with some sautés green peas. Your meal will be light and nutritious too. So you will need rice, dal and green peas. For the salad, you will need cucumber, carrot, tomatoes, onion. Chop cucumber, carrot, tomatoes, onion indices. Sprinkle some rock salt and pepper on it.

3.    For Dinner: Having some hot soup that is full of fresh seasonal vegetable will be enough for dinner. Dinner should be the lightest meal. You should eat less at night. After the sun sets the speed of food breaking in the body slows down.
