Cutting Vegetables Like Cauliflower-

These vegetables are prettier to look at than most other ones. But the effort that goes into cutting these tricky vegetables is worth it. And once you know how to do it, it’s pretty simple.

The first step in the process is to tear the leaves off the bottom of the cauliflower. Usually, after this, you might try to cut into it directly, but that takes a lot of time and makes a mess. Instead, start cutting the stems from the bottom of your vegetable. Once you cut a stem, pull off the floret attached to it and repeat the process. Do it until all the smaller pieces have been cut off and only the thick stalk is remaining. Throw that away, or use it in a dish for a unique twist. If you want smaller pieces, you can slice the trunks of the larger pieces for it.

Dicing Jalapenos-

Jalapenos add great flavor to the food, but cutting them can be a risky business. If you are not used to it, you may end up with your hands burning from the contact. Or the spicy juice may squirt up and make you regret ever buying this vegetable. The easiest way to dice them starts with slicing the tip of the jalapeno and then standing it upright. After this, cut it down from the stem, taking care to separate the seeds from the flesh. If you want smaller pieces, slice along the length and gather them together to chop.

Cutting Vegetables Like Bell Peppers-

Bell peppers are great additions to most of the vegan dishes you can make. These are not as spicy as jalapenos, so you can make it for children as well. Cutting these vegetables is somewhat similar to the way you do it with jalapenos. With a sharp knife, cut the top of the pepper off, and remove the seeds if you want. You can do this by removing the entire stem from within it. After this, cut the flesh in strips, gather them together and chop them into the lengths you want.

Garlic-

This is a tricky herb to cut correctly. Start by cutting off the root and placing it upright. Take a wide chef’s knife and place the flat side over its top and press down on it. This will smash the garlic, and you can pop it out of its peel and cut it.
