1. Carrot And Green Peas Mix: Carrot and green peas are an excellent source of protein. They are excellent for the eyes. All you will need is three carrots and a small bowl of green peas. You will also need cooking one spoon oil, half spoon salt, half spoon red chili powder, one spoon garam masala, one spoon sugar, and a pinch of dry mango powder. Firstly, boil the green peas.
While your peas are boiling heat the pan and add chopped carrot to it. Add salt and let it cook. After you see it changing color, then add the boiled green peas. After adding peas, put red chili powder, garam masala, and sugar. Mix it well. Let it cook for two minutes. Finally, add dry mango powder and mix it well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
2. Stuffed Bell Pepper: You will need one red, one green and one yellow bell pepper. Two carrots, small bowl of boiled peas and four boiled potatoes. Salt two spoons, one spoon red chili powder, one spoon garam masala, a small spoon of turmeric powder, two spoon oil, and some mint and coriander leaves.
Smash the boiled potatoes and add the chopped carrot, peas to it. Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala with lemon juice and mix them. Scoop out the bell peppers and fill it with the potato, carrot, and peas filling. Greasy the outer skin of the bell pepper with oil. Heat the pan with oil. Cook the stuffed bell pepper on the pan. And allow it to cook for ten minutes. Garnish with fresh mint and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
