But these diets have fewer vitamin B-12 and Omega 3 fatty acids which are required by the body for healthy mental and physical growth. Apart from these nutrients Vegan and Vegetarian diets consist of many nutrients, minerals, and antioxidants which are highly needed for the body. Vegan does not include any dairy products which are generally consumed by Vegetarian so now it’s on us what we choose a vegan diet or a vegetarian diet.
Both vegan and vegetarian diet consists of a lot of fruits, vegetables, grains, and nuts. Scientists say that eating a diet without non-vegetarian food can really increase our metabolism. A glowing skin, lower heart risks and some of the benefits of a vegan or vegetarian diet. As we grow the lactose digestion becomes difficult. So it preferable to say that vegan diets will benefit us more than vegetarian. Though some essential nutrients will be missing it can be a good option.
